Kayla Andrews on Cultivating a Culture of Collaboration with the Springfield Regional Chamber

This month, we shine the spotlight on Kayla Andrews, a New Business Development Specialist for HUB International and Springfield Regional Chamber Ambassador.
HUB International is more than just an insurance provider; it’s a global organization dedicated to protecting and supporting the aspirations of individuals, families, and businesses. At the heart of HUB’s mission is a commitment to clarity and advocacy, offering tailored solutions to navigate the complexities of a changing world. Kayla plays a pivotal role within HUB, cultivating relationships with clients, prospects, and vendors to drive referrals and new business leads to the Personal Insurance sales team.
Kayla’s journey with the Springfield Regional Chamber began with a desire to connect with the community beyond her neighbors in Connecticut, and the Chamber was the perfect way to make professional connections and learn more about Western Massachusetts. Since becoming involved, she has enjoyed several events, grown her network, and even taken on the role of Ambassador.
When asked why others should consider getting involved with the SRC, Kayla emphasizes the power of collaboration in driving business growth. “Businesses in the community can thrive together, supporting and working with each other to grow and refer. The networking opportunities provided by the Chamber are something you cannot find anywhere else,” said Kayla.
Outside of her professional work and role as an Ambassador, Kayla enjoys camping with her husband and son, tackling DIY projects around their home, or watching 90s-era Disney movies! She is a proud pet parent to their nine-year-old yellow lab, Miss Dixie, and loves to vacation in Florida every year.
