Jackie Seklecki on Creating Community & Making New Connections with the Chamber
Meet Jackie Seklecki, the Director of Strategic Accounts at BANKW Staffing and a Springfield Regional Chamber Ambassador. BANKW Staffing is a family of specialized staffing companies operating throughout Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. They offer services in Accounting, Finance, IT, HR, Administration, Customer Service, Legal, and Sales.
Although the BANKW Staffing brand is newer to the Chamber, local business Johnson & Hill Staffing joined the BANKW family in late 2022. According to Jackie, these new colleagues have been part of the Chamber for the past 28 years and it felt natural to carry the membership over.
For Jackie, the Springfield Regional Chamber is more than just a business hub—it’s a welcoming, supportive, inclusive, and informative community. The Chamber’s commitment to fostering a positive environment inspired her to become actively involved and take on the role of Ambassador.
So far, Jackie’s favorite part of being involved with the Chamber has been the people. Whether connecting with someone new during pre-event mingling, sharing a meal with fellow members, or engaging in community events, she finds meaningful connections with each interaction.
One Chamber event that left a lasting impression on her was our 2023 Outlook. The sheer scale and the value it brought to the community members amazed her. It’s a testament to the Chamber’s ability to offer enriching experiences to its members.
If you’re looking to get more involved in the community and make new connections, Jackie recommends joining the Chamber! “There is something for everyone, it just depends on what you’re looking for. The Springfield Regional Chamber offers networking opportunities, access to other members, visibility through sponsorship and marketing, and connection to legislative matters,” she said.
When not busy with work or supporting the Chamber, Jackie enjoys cooking new recipes or finding new dinner places to try with her husband. You can also find her spending time with her son or working out at Orangetheory! Jackie is a proud pet owner to her three-year-old French Bulldog, Pepper. “I’ve truly never met another dog with more personality than her. She loves treats, hogs the blankets, and lives for a walk around the neighborhood,” said Jackie.
