LONGMEADOW, Mass. – It takes a village to develop and maintain safe environments for our elder community. The JGS Lifecare Campus of Care caters to our elder population and they have partnered with the Hampden County Sheriff’s Department to discuss the free programs they are promoting across all of Hampden County. TRIAD is part of a national program that is a three-way partnership between seniors, law enforcement agencies, and the Council on Aging. This partnership works together to reduce criminal victimization of senior citizens and to enhance their awareness of support services. An open discussion will follow for those who have questions. We will welcome on-site participation as well as a virtual component for those who are unable to join us on the campus.
