Doug Cheppo Joins Tighe & Bond as CFO

Tighe & Bond, Inc., of Westfield, has appointed Doug Cheppo as its Chief Financial Officer.  In this role, Cheppo will lead Tighe & Bond’s finance and information technology functions and aid the firm in its ongoing strategy to expand its presence throughout the Northeast, be recognized as a great place to work, and help clients achieve their goals.

Cheppo will oversee financial and technology operations from the firm’s headquarters in Westfield. He brings 35 years of experience in managing business performance and financial operations. Cheppo previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Thorpe Plant Maintenance and Engineering, and Vice President of Finance for firms including AECOM, KBR and CH2M HILL. His prior responsibilities have included accounting, contract administration, operations and IT leadership, and investor relationship management.

Cheppo holds an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University and a B.S. in Ceramic Engineering from Rutgers University.
