Dawn DiStefano on Strengthening Businesses and Building Connections Through the Chamber 

Meet Dawn DiStefano, President and CEO of Square One, an organization dedicated to providing accessible and high-quality early education and care for working families, as well as family support services in our region. Dawn’s commitment to empowering families and strengthening communities extends beyond Square One, as she also actively participates in the Springfield Regional Chamber as an Ambassador. 

Square One, focusing on aligning learning and care with employment, education, and training opportunities, plays a crucial role in our region. Dawn recognizes the importance of being part of our local business community, and the Chamber’s work to connect members inspired her to become involved as an Ambassador. 

As an Ambassador, Dawn has access to exclusive resources that help her enhance her professional network and promote Square One effectively. One of the pivotal benefits of being an Ambassador is the opportunity to attend Chamber events as part of the Welcome Committee. Dawn highlights the Rise and Shine Business Breakfasts as her favorite events, where she often connects with business owners and leaders. 

When Dawn isn’t busy strengthening businesses and supporting families, she enjoys reading, walking and hiking the trails of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, practicing Pilates, and cooking, especially when preparing meals for her large family.
