STEVE LAVELL PROMOTED TO REAL ESTATE SERVICES OFFICER AT WESTFIELD BANK

Westfield, MA— Westfield Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Steve Lavell to Real Estate Services Officer. Lavell is responsible for supervision of the Bank’s maintenance, landscaping, and cleaning staff. He oversees maintenance and repairs of all Bank-owned properties and off-site ATMs. He is the Bank’s chief purchasing agent and he is the direct contact for contractors, vendors, and new construction, renovations and relocations.

A Westfield Bank employee for nearly 30 years, Lavell first joined the Bank’s maintenance staff and was later promoted to Facilities Manager in 2005. “Simply put, we could not serve our customers and communities as well as we do without Steve and his team,” said Bank President and CEO, James C. Hagan. “Their service is crucial to our operations. Steve is as much a fixture of Westfield Bank as any of our offices or teller windows.”

Lavell resides in Ludlow, MA.
