PVRC Announces April 30 “Revelry” Comedy Show Fundraiser at CityStage

SPRINGFIELD – The Pioneer Valley Riverfront Club (PVRC) has announced a comedy show, Revelry: A FunnyRaising Comedy Show at CityStage on Saturday, April 30 at 8 p.m., with proceeds benefiting PVRC.

The show is organized by PVRC and will feature comedians Timothy Lovett, Kevin Lee and Liz Barrett with Jess Miller Comedy Shows. Tickets are $30 for general admission and can be purchased at www.jessmillercomedy.com/event/pvrc430/.  The show is for ages 21+ and indoor parking is included with admission. Tickets will not be sold at the door.

Proceeds from the show will benefit PVRC, which throughout the year raises funds through events to cover a significant amount of its operating expenses.

CityStage is located at 150 Bridge Street in Springfield. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and parking opens at 4 p.m. PVRC will also have raffles, a silent auction, snacks and beverages for sale in the lobby.

According to Quick, “This event will help support and sustain PVRC’s programming and the general public are invited to join our rowing and dragon boating community to attend and enjoy this fun evening. PVRC is only sustained through grants, memberships and fundraising events such as this and we thank all of those contributing to help us thrive. ”

 

Pioneer Valley Riverfront Club is a river-based nonprofit that operates recreation facilities located in Springfield’s North Riverfront Park and hosts various dragon boating and rowing programs for youth and adults.
