Leadership Institute

Are you looking to enhance your leadership skills and grow your professional network? The Leadership Institute is a comprehensive 12-week, on-ground program designed to elevate the capabilities of both emerging and senior leaders in today’s dynamic business landscape.

Through a carefully curated curriculum led by professors from Western New England University’s College of Business, participants will:

• Develop advanced skills in strategic thinking, decision-making, and change management

• Strengthen abilities in communication and team building

• Explore emerging issues such as AI, digital media, and business analytics

• Learn to foster innovation, collaboration, and ethical business practices

Graduates of the Leadership Institute are empowered to lead with confidence, vision, and integrity in increasingly complex and competitive environments.

As an added benefit, upon completion participants are eligible to enroll in a free graduate course offered through the College of Business at Western New England University (subject to specific requirements). This course has a value of $3,000 based on the 2024–2025 tuition rate of $1,000/credit.
