Nicole Blais on Connecting with Community Through the Chamber  

Meet Nicole Blais, a woman with a heart full of passion for providing high-quality early childhood education services to children and families in the Greater Springfield area. As the CEO of HCS Head Start, Inc. Nicole has dedicated her life to giving children a solid foundation for success. 

But Nicole’s passion doesn’t stop there. She’s also an active member of the Springfield Regional Chamber, where she has found a valuable resource for staying up-to-date on what’s happening in Western Massachusetts, connecting with other businesses, and seeking potential partnerships. 

As an Ambassador for the Chamber, Nicole has access to exclusive resources, such as building her resume and promoting her organization, along with a prime position on the Welcome Committee at events. She loves attending events like Outlook and Rise and Shine Business Breakfasts, where she can learn about advocacy initiatives important to the business community and hear about other programs making a difference in the city. 

When Nicole isn’t busy changing lives, she enjoys taking day trips, binging on her favorite shows, and indulging in a delicious meal at Red Rose (lasagna, please!).
