May Message From the President

Dear Chamber Members, 

Thank you to everyone who attended our recent Beacon Hill Summit and Mayor’s Forum! We are grateful for your support as we continue to advocate for Western Massachusetts so that our region remains represented and included in state decisions. 

Our local leaders and the Chamber are committed to working together to ensure our businesses and community have a voice in meaningful policy discussions. These forums give us a unique opportunity to connect with legislators, state officials, and fellow business leaders to discuss the issues that matter most. 

We still have many exciting events coming up before our fiscal year ends! I want to remind all members to register for Fire & Ice on May 17. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy great drinks (including a mocktail!), make meaningful connections, and support local non-profit Chamber members. 

Additionally, members can purchase tickets for our 2023 Chamber Raffle to win many fun prizes, such as a free flight to Dublin, Ireland, a night at MGM Springfield, a night at the Hilton Garden Inn in Springfield, and tickets to a Springfield Thunderbirds game. 

Looking ahead, we will be celebrating our region’s colleges and universities at our next Rise and Shine Business Breakfast and closing out the year with our Annual Meeting. Stay tuned for more information on these events coming soon!
