Loomis Village to Celebrate Resident’s 100th Birthday, Reveal Replica Farmhouse Gifted to Community by Resident’s Daughter Friday, 2 p.m.

South Hadley—Loomis Village will hold a champagne toast to celebrate resident Ken Seyffer’s 100th birthday on Friday, April 30 at 2 p.m. in the main lobby of Loomis Village, 20 Bayon Drive, South Hadley. At the event there will also be a reveal of an exact miniature replica of the Loomis Village farmhouse, built by and gifted to the retirement community by Seyffer’s daughter.

Ken Seyffer and his daughter, along with team members and members of Loomis Village leadership, will be available for comment and pictures/video.

In honor of Seyffer’s 100th birthday and to express appreciation to Loomis Village for the care they have provided to Seyffer and his late wife, Seyffer’s daughter created a miniature version of the Loomis Village farmhouse, complete with working lights and a history of Loomis Village inside. The model took six months to create and is done perfectly to scale.
