LAUREN NAWORSKI APPOINTED VP OF HUMAN RESOURCES AT WESTFIELD BANK
Westfield, MA— Westfield Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Lauren Naworski as Vice President of Human Resources. Mrs. Naworski is responsible for the overall management of the Bank’s human resource operations, including the formulation and implementation of policies related to recruitment, promotion, compensation, payroll, benefits, EEO compliance, and employee relations, as well as the supervision of human resource staff who oversee benefits, payroll, and departmental projects.
Mrs. Naworski is a graduate of Salve Regina University, and her career has been entirely focused on human resource management. For three years, she was Senior Staffing Specialist at The Adecco Group in Boston. She then joined Behavioral Health Network in Springfield, MA as Human Resource Generalist. The bulk of her work has been with Community Health Resources of Windsor, CT, most recently as Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HR Information Systems. She has also completed extensive training through The Office of Multicultural Health Equity (OMHE).
Mrs. Naworski is an active resident of Westfield, MA, where she has served as the Secretary of the PTO for Southampton Road School, Team Manager for the Westfield Youth Hockey Association, and as a volunteer for the Community Health Resources annual golf and tennis fundraisers.
