Cranmore, Fitzgerald & Meaney Attorneys Join Halloran Sage

Halloran Sage, a full-service law firm that opened a downtown Springfield location this past summer, is pleased to announce that attorneys Joseph Meaney, John Murphy, and Kyle Pavlick, formerly of Cranmore, Fitzgerald & Meaney, LLC (“CFM”), have joined the firm. The new team members complement and bolster the firm’s litigation practice as well as the corporate business and real estate practice groups.

Jeffrey Gostyla, Managing Partner of Halloran Sage, said, “We are delighted to have this distinguished team of attorneys join us, bringing decades of experience to our litigation and transactional practice groups. Attorneys Meaney, Murphy, and Pavlick have a reach throughout Southern New England, and Halloran Sage can support these talented attorneys with our offices throughout the region.”

CFM has represented the legal needs of businesses and financial institutions throughout the Northeast since 1986, offering clients guidance in a wide range of litigation, corporate governance and business, and real estate & finance matters. Within their litigation practice, the firm has represented clients in state and federal courts in a variety of disputes, including those arising from bank fraud, secured transactions, lender liability, fiduciary duty, personal injury, legal malpractice, construction defect claims, and other contractual and business disputes. The firm has served as a trusted adviser for institutions in a wide range of corporate matters, including joint ventures, financing transactions, workout and restructuring transactions, and ERISA matters. Within real estate & finance, CFM has represented lenders in real estate and commercial asset-based lending, lease negotiations, workouts and resolutions of troubled loans, as well as refinancing and foreclosure matters.

“Halloran Sage is a premier law firm. Their range of services and geographic reach complement our practice and will allow us to offer our clients added value,” said Joseph Meaney, a veteran litigator with over 40 years of experience and a remarkably varied litigation practice. Meaney practices corporate and commercial litigation, serving clients in the financial and corporate sectors. John Murphy added, “Our objective has always been to collaboratively achieve goals for our clients and joining with Halloran Sage only enhances this.” Murphy counsels a wide range of business clients through his corporate business and transactions, commercial finance, and real estate practices. They join Halloran Sage along with Kyle Pavlick, who represents businesses in commercial and corporate disputes requiring litigation, negotiation, or alternative resolution.

The three attorneys join with the firm’s nearly eighty others to serve a diverse client base, including Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, closely held businesses, institutional and private investors, governmental units, public and private universities, and other non-profit organizations.
