Behavioral Health Network Hosts Virtual, In-Person Job Fairs Starting Thursday with Up to $4,500 Sign-On Bonuses

Springfield—Behavioral Health Network, Inc. (BHN) has announced upcoming Virtual and In-Person Job Fairs, with many positions offering sign-on bonuses up to $4,500 for the first 100 applicants hired, beginning with a Virtual Job Fair on Thursday, April 7.

The Virtual Job Fairs will be held on Thursday, April 7, from 3-6 p.m., and Tuesday, April 12, from 11 a.m. – 1p.m. To register, visit www.bhninc.org/job-fairsand apply for the date you can attend. Individuals will be contacted to schedule a meeting with a BHN hiring manager.

The In-Person Job Fair will be held on Thursday, April 14 from 3-6 p.m. at BHN, 417 Liberty Street, Springfield. Those planning to attend should bring a resume and be prepared for an interview.

BHN has positions available for all career levels, from High School Diploma to Master’s Level, including: Registered Nurses, Behavioral Health Clinicians, Clinical Supervisors, Direct Care Specialists and Non-Clinical Operations.

The sign-on bonuses will be distributed after 60 days of employment to the first 100 qualifying employees hired. To qualify, individuals must be residents of Massachusetts hired to work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Sign-on bonuses of $2,000  are also available for those who may not qualify for $4,500 bonuses.
