Attorney Amelia Holstrom elected Clerk of the Board of Directors for Clinical Support Options, Inc.

SPRINGFIELD, WORCESTER, Mass. – Skoler, Abbott & Presser, P.C., a leading labor and employment law firm serving employers in the greater Springfield and Worcester areas, is proud to announce Attorney Amelia Holstrom has been elected Clerk of the Board of Directors for Clinical Support Options, Inc., (CSO). Attorney Holstrom has served on the board since December of 2016. CSO provides responsive and effective interventions and therapeutic services to support adults, children and families with disabilities and mental health conditions in their quest for stability, growth and an enhanced quality of life.

“CSO provides life-changing services to individuals and families in our community,” said Attorney Holstrom. “I am proud to take on this new role on the board.”

Attorney Holstrom, a Wilbraham resident, defends employers against claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment and wrongful termination, as well as actions arising under the Family Medical Leave Act, wage and hour laws and other employment-related laws. She also frequently provides counsel to management regarding litigation avoidance strategies. Attorney Holstrom holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Michael’s College and is a graduate of the Western New England University School of Law. She was awarded the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Community Service Award in 2016; was named as an Up & Coming Lawyer by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly at its Excellence in the Law event in 2017; and selected to the Massachusetts Rising Star list by Super Lawyers in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.
