• First-time users: Click “Create an Account” on the login page and follow the prompts.

• Forgot your password: Select “Forgot Password” to reset.

• Tip: Your username is typically the email address on file with the Chamber.

When you log into the Member Portal, you’ll see a menu on the left-hand side of your dashboard. Use it to navigate and update your information:

• My Info – Update your personal contact information, professional bio, and business categories.

• My Directory Listing(s) – Review and edit how your organization appears in the Member Directory, including your short description.

• Related Organization – Update your organization’s profile information, including address and general business details.

• Related Contacts – Manage your company contacts and employees. Add, edit, or remove team members to ensure the right staff are connected and receiving Chamber updates.

• Always click Save after making changes.

Through the Member Portal, you can:

• Stay current on Chamber events
• View and submit member job postings
• Connect with fellow members
• Advertise your news and events
• Keep your team roster up to date

The more you use the portal, the more visibility and value your organization receives from membership.
